How safe it is consuming sheep placenta?
Experiments have shown that sheep are the best donor animals because they have superior immune systems and natural disease resistance. Sheep proteins are particularly compatible with the human body and trigger no known immune defense reactions or side effects. Every sheep placenta is extracted from selected sheep bred in special farms in New Zealand that are verified to be free from diseases such as Foot & Mouth, Mad Cow and Scrapie.
Freshly harvested placenta stem cells are free-dried to extend their “life” and to ensure bioactivity for 36 months, in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) approved by the Ministry of Health, New Zealand.
